The Newfoundland Growlers wrap up their seven-game home stand with a three-in-three against the Fort Wayne Komets, ECHL affiliate of the Vegas Golden Knights. This series marks the only time the Growlers face a Western Conference team this season.
Saturday night is Student Night with a tuition giveaway, and Sunday afternoon is the Marvel Super Hero Game, where both teams will wear special Marvel themed jerseys.

A controversial goal from Brandon Marino stood as the winning goal as the Brampton Beast edged the Newfoundland Growlers 2-1 to split the mid-week series. David Vallorani had the other Beast goal. Matt Bradley recorded the only Growlers goal. Michael Garteig made 19 saves between the pipes for Newfoundland.
