MANITOBA MOOSE ASSIGN ISAAC JOHNSON TO THE GROWLERS

MANITOBA MOOSE ASSIGN ISAAC JOHNSON TO THE GROWLERS

ST. JOHN’S, NL — The Newfoundland Growlers announce today that forward Isaac Johnson has been reassigned to the club from the American Hockey League’s Manitoba Moose.

Johnson, a 23-year-old Andover, Minnesota native, has appeared in 20 games in a Growlers uniform thus far this season, collecting nine goals and three assists for 12 points. Three of Johnson’s nine Growler goals this season have been game-winning tallies.

The right-handed forward has played 11 games with the Moose this season and scored his first AHL goal against Anton Khudobin of the Texas Stars on Jan. 8, 2022. He has one goal and three assists with the Moose this season.

The Growlers’ homestand continues on Wednesday, March 9 as they host the ECHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, the Trois-Riviėres Lions, in the first of a four-game home series. Tickets are available now at nlgrowlers.com/singletickets or at mbcentre.ca.
