Zach Solow Assigned To Growlers

ST. JOHN’S, NL – The Newfoundland Growlers, ECHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced today that forward Zach Solow has been re-assigned to the club by the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Solow, a 24-year-old Naples, Florida native, collected 19 points (7G, 12A) in 17 games for the Growlers earlier this season. During his recent callup with Toronto, he appeared in two contests for the Marlies.

Signing an AHL contract this Toronto this past summer, Solow played a pivotal role for the 2021-22 Florida Everblades team which hoisted the Kelly Cup in June.

Newfoundland hit the road for a weekend triple-header beginning on Friday night in Glens Falls against the Adirondack Thunder.
