Game Story

The Newfoundland Growlers were blanked 4-0 by the Kalamazoo Wings on Friday night at Mary Brown’s Centre.

Jordan Seyfert opened the scoring for the Wings just 49 seconds into the game before Derek Daschke doubled their lead six minutes later to make it 2-0 Kalamazoo after the first period.

Daschke added a pair of late tallies, his third to complete the hat-trick an empty netter, in the closing moments to give Kalamazoo a 4-0 shutout win.
